אנו מכוונים לתקן הישראלי ת"י 5568, המבוסס על WCAG 2.1 ברמה AA, כפי שהוא מיושם בתקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע"ג-2013.

האתר נבנה מתוך תשומת לב לנגישות, אך טרם נבדק על ידי מורשה נגישות חיצוני. לפיכך אנו מתארים אותו כתואם חלקית: חלק מהדרישות מתקיימות, ולא אימתנו את כולן. איננו טוענים להתאמה מלאה ולא נטען זאת עד שבדיקה תתמוך בכך.

כותרות ואזורי עמוד סמנטיים; חלופות טקסט לתמונות בעלות משמעות; גישה מהמקלדת לפקדים אינטראקטיביים עם סימון פוקוס נראה; שדות טופס המקושרים לתוויות שלהם; הודעות מצב המוכרזות לקוראי מסך; בדיקת ניגודיות צבע מול פלטת המותג; ותמיכה בעברית ובאנגלית לרבות פריסה מימין לשמאל.

בדקנו את האתר בגרסאות עדכניות של Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox ו-Safari, במחשב ובנייד, וכן עם קורא המסך NVDA ב-Windows ועם VoiceOver במכשירי Apple. לקבלת חוויית גלישה מיטבית עם תוכנה להקראת מסך אנו ממליצים על גרסה עדכנית של NVDA או של VoiceOver. הבדיקה נעשתה על ידינו ולא על ידי מורשה נגישות חיצוני.

וידאו מוטמע המתארח ב-Vimeo וב-YouTube משתמש בנגנים של אותם ספקים, שנגישותם אינה בשליטתנו, ולא לכל הווידאו המוטמע יש כתוביות. אפקטים של אנימציה ופרלקסה עלולים להיות לא נוחים לאנשים הרגישים לתנועה. חלקים מהאתר הופקו באמצעות ייצוא מכלי עיצוב חזותי, שאת הסימון שלו לא סקרנו במלואו עבור טכנולוגיות מסייעות.

Creative Manager מופעל על ידי אדם אחד, והעבודה נעשית מרחוק — בדואר אלקטרוני, בטלפון, בוואטסאפ ובשיחות וידאו. איננו מפעילים חנות, סניף, עמדת קבלת קהל או מקום כלשהו המקבל קהל, ולפיכך אין הסדרי נגישות פיזיים שיש לתאר. פגישות מתקיימות אצלכם או באופן מקוון, בתיאום מראש; אם דרושה לכם פגישה במקום נגיש עבורכם, אמרו לנו ונדאג לכך.

We aim at the Israeli standard IS 5568, which is based on WCAG 2.1 level AA, as applied by the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments to Service) Regulations, 5773-2013.

This site has been built with accessibility in mind but has not yet been audited by an external accessibility surveyor. We therefore describe it as partially conforming: some requirements are met, and we have not verified all of them. We do not claim full conformance and will not do so until an audit supports it.

Semantic headings and landmarks; text alternatives on meaningful images; keyboard access to interactive controls with a visible focus outline; form fields tied to their labels; status messages announced to screen readers; colour contrast checked against the brand palette; and support for both Hebrew and English including right-to-left layout.

We tested the site in current versions of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox and Safari, on desktop and on mobile, and with the NVDA screen reader on Windows and VoiceOver on Apple devices. For the best experience with a screen reader we suggest a current version of NVDA or VoiceOver. Testing was done by us and not by an external surveyor.

Embedded video hosted on Vimeo and YouTube uses those providers' players, whose accessibility we do not control, and not all embedded video carries captions. Some animated and parallax effects may be uncomfortable for people sensitive to motion. Parts of the site were produced through a visual design export whose markup we have not fully reviewed for assistive technology.

Creative Manager is run by one person and the work is done remotely - by email, telephone, WhatsApp and video call. We do not operate a shop, a branch, a reception desk or any premises that receive the public, so there are no physical accessibility arrangements to describe. Meetings happen at your place or online, by arrangement; if you need a meeting held somewhere accessible to you, tell us and we will arrange it.
