אתם מוזמנים לגלוש באתר, לקרוא את עמודי השירותים, לצפות בתיק העבודות וליצור איתנו קשר. השימוש ייעשה כדין ובאופן שאינו פוגע בשימושם של אחרים או במערכות שעליהן האתר פועל.

אין לנסות לגרום נזק לאתר או למערכות שמאחוריו, להעמיס עליהם, לבדוק אותם או להשיג אליהם גישה בלתי מורשית, ואין להשתמש בכלים אוטומטיים כדי לחלץ את תכניו.

האתר והשירותים שלנו מיועדים לבני 18 ומעלה. בשימוש באתר, בפנייה אלינו או בהתקשרות עמנו לביצוע עבודה, אתם מאשרים כי מלאו לכם 18 שנים לפחות וכי אתם כשירים משפטית להתקשר בהסכם מחייב. אם אתם פועלים בשם חברה או אדם אחר, אתם מאשרים כי אתם מוסמכים לכך.

איננו אוספים ביודעין פרטים מאנשים מתחת לגיל 18. אם יתברר לנו שכך קרה, נמחק אותם בהקדם ולא נעשה בהם שימוש.

האתר הוא חומר שיווקי ומידעי. תיאורי השירותים, תכולות החבילות, הרמות וההיקפים המשוערים נועדו לסייע לכם להבין כיצד אנו עובדים. אין בהם הצעה ואין בהם כדי ליצור חוזה. כל התקשרות בינינו תיקבע בהצעה או בהסכם בכתב נפרדים, הגוברים על כל האמור כאן.

מותר לכם לצפות באתר ולשתף קישורים אליו. ללא הסכמתנו מראש ובכתב אין להעתיק, לשכפל, לפרסם מחדש, להפיץ או לעשות שימוש מסחרי בתכניו; ליצור ממנו יצירות נגזרות; לעשות שימוש חוזר בעיצובו, במבנהו או בקודו במוצר, בשירות, בהצעה או במכרז שלכם; לבצע גריפה או סריקה שלו בכלים אוטומטיים; או להשתמש בתכניו לאימון, לכיוונון או להערכה של מערכת למידת מכונה או בינה מלאכותית. כל זכות שלא הוקנתה במפורש שמורה.

העבודות המוצגות בתיק העבודות הופקו עבור הלקוחות הנקובים או המשתמעים. לקוחות אלה שומרים על זכויותיהם במותגים, בלוגואים, במוצרים ובחומרים שלהם; הצגת העבודה מהווה תיעוד של מה שהפקנו, ואין בה העברת זכויות כלשהן ואין בה המלצה מצד אותו לקוח אלא אם נאמר אחרת. אין להפיץ מחדש או לעשות שימוש חוזר בחומרי תיק העבודות.

בפנייה אלינו דרך האתר, בדואר אלקטרוני או בוואטסאפ, אתם אחראים לנכונות מה שאתם שולחים ולכך שאתם רשאים לשלוח אותו. אין לשלוח חומר סודי בטרם קיים בינינו הסדר סודיות בכתב.

רעיונות, הצעות או משוב שתמסרו מיוזמתכם לגבי שירותינו או אתר זה ייחשבו כבלתי סודיים, ואנו רשאים לעשות בהם שימוש ללא הגבלה וללא תמורה. הוראה זו אינה חלה על חומר שתמסרו לנו במסגרת התקשרות בתשלום, שיחול עליו ההסכם החל על אותה עבודה.

אם תפנו אלינו, נשיב לכם בעניין פנייתכם. תשובה זו אינה דבר פרסומת ואינה טעונה הסכמתכם.

לא נצרף אתכם לרשימת תפוצה, לרשימת שידור או לכל מסע פרסום, אלא אם הסכמתם לכך בנפרד ובמפורש, כנדרש בסעיף 30א לחוק התקשורת (בזק ושידורים), התשמ"ב-1982. ככל שהסכמתם, כל הודעה תזהה אותנו, תציין כי היא דבר פרסומת ותפרט כיצד להסיר את עצמכם. תוכלו לחזור בכם מהסכמה זו בכל עת, בתשובה לכל הודעה או בפנייה אל cncpt.manager@gmail.com, ונחדל.

האתר מטמיע ומקשר לשירותי צד שלישי, ובכללם וידאו המתארח ב-Vimeo וב-YouTube, תמונות המוגשות מ-Google Drive, והתקשרות דרך WhatsApp ואינסטגרם. שירותים אלה מופעלים בידי אחרים תחת התנאים ומדיניות הפרטיות שלהם. איננו שולטים בהם ואיננו אחראים לתוכנם, לזמינותם או לאופן שבו הם מטפלים בנתונים שלכם.

אנו רשאים להגביל או לחסום את הגישה לאתר, כולו או חלקו, כאשר קיים יסוד סביר להניח כי נעשה בו שימוש שלא כדין, בניגוד לתנאים אלה, באופן המפריע לאתר או לשימושם של אחרים בו, לשם תחרות בנו, או כאשר נמסרו לנו במתכוון פרטים כוזבים. לא נעשה זאת באופן שרירותי, וככל שהדבר מעשי נסביר את הסיבה.

אנו שואפים לשמור על זמינות האתר ועל עדכניות תכניו, אך הוא מסופק כמות שהוא ("AS IS") וכפי שהוא זמין. הזמינות עשויה להיפסק לצורך תחזוקה, עדכונים או מסיבות שאינן בשליטתנו, והתוכן עלול להתיישן. המחירים, החבילות וההיקפים המוצגים הם משוערים ועשויים להשתנות ללא הודעה מוקדמת.

The site and its contents — the design, layout, source code, text, graphics, video, photography, and the Creative Manager name and marks — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may view the site and share links to it. Without our prior written consent you may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit its content; create derivative works from it; reuse its design, structure or code in your own product, service, proposal or tender; scrape or crawl it with automated tools; or use its contents to train, fine-tune or evaluate any machine learning or AI system. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Work shown in our portfolio was produced for the clients named or implied. Those clients retain the rights to their own brands, logos, products and materials; our showing the work is a record of what we produced, not a transfer of any rights in it and not an endorsement by that client unless separately stated. Portfolio material may not be redistributed or reused.

When you contact us through the site, by email, or over WhatsApp, you are responsible for the accuracy of what you send and for having the right to send it. Do not send confidential material before we have a written confidentiality arrangement in place.

Ideas, suggestions or feedback you volunteer about our services or this site are treated as non-confidential, and we may use them without restriction or payment. This does not apply to material you provide to us in the course of a paid engagement, which is governed by the agreement covering that work.

If you contact us, we will reply to you about your enquiry. That reply is not a marketing message and does not require your consent.

We will not add you to a mailing list, a broadcast list, or any promotional campaign unless you have separately and expressly agreed to receive marketing from us, as required by section 30A of the Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasts) Law, 5742-1982. The site embeds and links to third-party services, including video hosted on Vimeo and YouTube, imagery served from Google Drive, and messaging through WhatsApp and Instagram. Those services are operated by others under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or the way they handle your data.

We may limit or block access to the site, in whole or in part, where we reasonably believe it is being used unlawfully, in breach of these terms, in a way that interferes with the site or with other people's use of it, in order to compete with us, or where details given to us were deliberately false. We will not do this arbitrarily, and where it is practical we will say why.

We may change the site's structure, design and content, and the range of services shown on it, and we may take pages down or stop running the site altogether, without notice. Nothing here obliges us to keep any page, price, package or piece of content available.

Where such a change touches work already agreed with you, the written quote or agreement for that work governs it, not this page.

We aim to keep the site available and its content current, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". Availability may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control, and content may become out of date. Prices, packages and scopes shown are indicative and may change without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of this site or your reliance on anything published on it. Our total aggregate liability in connection with the site is limited to ILS 1,000. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

You agree to indemnify us against any claim, demand, loss, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) brought by a third party and arising from your use of the site in breach of these terms, from material you send us that you did not have the right to send, or from your infringement of anyone's rights.

This does not apply to anything caused by our own breach, negligence or wrongdoing, and it does not extend to amounts a court finds you are not liable for. We will tell you promptly about any claim we want covered and will not settle it without asking you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law rules. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect; our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
