Creative Manager

FAQ

Short answers to the questions we're asked most — about the services, how we work, and what happens after delivery.

Why creative and automation under one roof?

Because until now it took two separate agencies. We accompany every client through a complete creative process — identity, strategy, content — then hand it directly into code and automation systems that keep working hand in hand with the creative, even after delivery. Two systems, one team.

What's the difference between the AI social manager and a human one?

The AI manager is trained on your brand: it answers messages and comments by intent, writes new content or edits existing material, and publishes on schedule — with an approval queue if you want eyes on it before it goes out. A human manager runs the channel hands-on. Under both sit strategy and monthly advisory, and the tagging, CRM and reports run on automation.

What's the difference between a landing page and a business website?

A landing page is one page, one offer, with a connected lead form — the professional version runs to two pages with a link tree and WhatsApp and email routing. A business website is three to five pages with a content system your team runs; a company website adds live animations and features built to spec. An online store includes catalogue, cart and checkout — up to 30 products, or up to 60 in the plus version with semantic search and abandoned-cart recovery.

What does a marketing strategy include?

Market survey, differentiation, competitor research and budget planning — and from those, goals, planning and conclusions: the plan every channel runs on. In three depths — business, company or enterprise — with personal accompaniment along the way, not a document handed over. Creative direction included.

How does paid campaign management work?

Built, run and measured in one hand: live tracking and budget control while it spends, not an audit afterwards, with budget reallocated as the campaign runs. The creative is made specifically for paid — 4–5 sales videos up to 40 seconds, ad and pop-up design, A/B variations — on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and WhatsApp. Monthly performance report.

What can be automated in running the business?

Incoming invoices (a Drive intake folder, automatic data extraction, alerts to the right people) and outgoing ones (receipts, VAT invoices, running numbering, Green Invoice API); onboarding that fires on its own — a payment or a contract triggers a folder, a task board and a welcome mail; two-way sync between Notion, Monday and Slack; forms that land in structured tables; and automatic replies on WhatsApp and social with keyword routing and lead capture into the CRM.

What happens after the site goes live?

We don't hand off and leave — we stay. Hourly checks of the site and its forms with an instant alert on any fault, a nightly cleanup script, backup of critical files, hosting and security. Included with landing pages; an add-on for business websites rather than part of the base. Ongoing content updates on a retainer.

How do we start?

Reach out on WhatsApp, by email or through the form on the site. The engagement itself is set out in a written proposal or agreement. AI agents and user portals begin with a paid specification phase that ends in a written scope document.

Where are you, and who do you work with?

We're in Mazkeret Batya and work with businesses, companies and organisations across Israel, in Hebrew and English.
