האתר מופעל על ידי שחף כהן, הפועל כ-Creative Manager, מרחוב חיים משה פרס 5, מזכרת בתיה 7682425, ישראל (ע.מ. 322852583). אנחנו הגורם שמחליט מה נעשה בפרטים שנאספים כאן, ואלינו פונים בכל עניין הנוגע אליהם: cncpt.manager@gmail.com.

בטופס יצירת הקשר שני שדות: שם או שם עסק, ודרך אחת לחזור אליכם לפי בחירתכם. לצדם נשמרים תאריך ושעה, שפת האתר, סימון שאישרתם את תיבת האישור, מזהה הדפדפן, וקוד חד-כיווני המשמש לזיהוי פניות חוזרות. כתובת ה-IP שלכם אינה נשמרת; הקוד נגזר ממנה ולא ניתן להפוך אותו בחזרה.

בנפרד מהטופס, השרתים המגישים את האתר שומרים יומני גישה רגילים. המארח שלנו, Vercel, רושם עבור כל בקשה את כתובת ה-IP שממנה הגיעה, את מזהה הדפדפן, את העמוד שהתבקש ואת השעה. איננו משתמשים ביומנים אלה כדי לזהות מבקרים או כדי לבנות פרופיל על מישהו; הם קיימים כדי לאפשר את תפעול האתר ואת איתורן של פעולות לרעה. היומנים הם של Vercel ונשמרים תחת התנאים שלה. זהו חלק רגיל מאופן פעולתו של כל אתר, והוא מתרחש בין אם השתמשתם בטופס ובין אם לאו.

כדי להשיב לפנייתכם ולנהל את הקשר העסקי אם ייווצר כזה. נתוני המטא-דאטה קיימים כדי למנוע הצפה של הטופס. אנחנו לא מוכרים את הפרטים שלכם, לא משתמשים בהם לפרסום, ולא מצרפים אתכם לרשימת תפוצה.

איננו מקבלים לגביכם החלטות אוטומטיות, איננו מדרגים אתכם ואיננו בונים עליכם פרופיל, ואיננו מזינים את הפרטים שאתם שולחים לנו לשום מערכת בינה מלאכותית או למידת מכונה — לא לצורך אימונה, לא לצורך כיוונונה ולא כדי שתכריע דבר בעניינכם. את פנייתכם קורא אדם.

אינכם חייבים על פי דין למסור לנו דבר מהאמור. אתם מוסרים את הפרטים מרצונכם כדי שנוכל לחזור אליכם, ובאפשרותכם לבקש מאיתנו למחוק אותם לאחר מכן.

תשובה לפנייתכם אינה דבר פרסומת ואינה טעונה הסכמה. לא נשלח לכם הודעות פרסומיות אלא אם הסכמתם לכך בנפרד ובמפורש, כנדרש בסעיף 30א לחוק התקשורת (בזק ושידורים), התשמ"ב-1982. תוכלו לחזור בכם מההסכמה בכל עת ונחדל.

באתר קישורים לוואטסאפ ולאינסטגרם. אם תבחרו לכתוב לנו שם, השיחה מתנהלת בפלטפורמה של Meta, תחת התנאים ומדיניות הפרטיות שלה ולא תחת הודעה זו, ו-Meta רואה אותה. אנו משאירים את ההתכתבות באפליקציה כדי שיהיה בידינו תיעוד של מה שסוכם, ונמחק אותה לבקשתכם. אם אינכם מעוניינים להשתמש בהן, הדואר האלקטרוני והטופס מגיעים אלינו באותה מידה.

איננו מקליטים שיחות. אם תתקשרו למספר המפורסם כאן, או שנחזור אליכם, לא נשמר דבר מעבר למה שאנו עצמנו רושמים לצורך מתן המענה.

בהפעלת האתר מעורבות שלוש חברות, וכל אחת מהן רואה חלק אחר ממה שאתם שולחים. אף גורם אחר אינו מקבל את פרטיכם, אלא אם ביקשתם זאת או שהדין מחייב. איננו משלמים לאף אחת מהן כדי לפרסם לכם, ואיננו מוכרים את פרטיכם לאיש.

Google. הפנייה מהטופס נשמרת ב-Google Sheets והתראה נשלחת לתיבת ה-Gmail שלנו. אם תשלחו לנו דואר אלקטרוני במקום זאת, ההודעה מגיעה לאותה תיבת Gmail. Google מחזיקה את הכול עבורנו, כמעבדת נתונים מטעמנו.

Vercel. Vercel מארחת את האתר, ולכן כל בקשה שלכם אליו — לרבות כתובת ה-IP שלכם — מגיעה אל Vercel ונרשמת ביומני הגישה שלה, בין אם השתמשתם בטופס ובין אם לאו. תוכן היומנים מפורט למעלה.

Meta. רק אם תבחרו לכתוב לנו בוואטסאפ או באינסטגרם. במקרה כזה כל ההתכתבות יושבת בפלטפורמה של Meta ו-Meta יכולה לראות אותה, תחת המדיניות שלה ולא תחת הודעה זו.

שרתי Google, Vercel ו-Meta עשויים להימצא מחוץ לישראל, ולכן ייתכן שפרטיכם יאוחסנו או יעובדו מעבר לים. בשליחת פרטיכם אלינו, או בפנייה אלינו באחת מאותן פלטפורמות, אתם מסכימים להעברה זו.

אם הפנייה לא הבשילה לעבודה, נמחק אותה תוך 24 חודשים. אם כן, נשמור את הדרוש לצורך ההתקשרות ולצורך חובות המס והחשבונאות שלנו, ולא יותר מכך.

על פי חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א-1981, אתם רשאים לבקש לעיין במידע שאנו מחזיקים עליכם, לבקש לתקן אותו ולבקש למחוק אותו. פנו אל cncpt.manager@gmail.com ונשיב תוך 30 ימים. מחיקה כוללת גם את השורה בגיליון וגם את הודעת הדואר שנשלחה אלינו.

אם אינכם מרוצים מהאופן שבו טיפלנו בבקשתכם, באפשרותכם להגיש תלונה לרשות להגנת הפרטיות במשרד המשפטים.

האתר והשירותים שלנו מיועדים לבני 18 ומעלה, והטופס מבקש לאשר זאת לפני השליחה. איננו אוספים ביודעין פרטים מאנשים מתחת לגיל 18. אם יתברר לנו שכך קרה, נמחק אותם בהקדם ולא נעשה בהם שימוש. אם אתם סבורים שילד מסר לנו פרטים, כתבו אלינו ונסיר אותם.

איננו מציבים עוגיות פרסום ואיננו מציבים עוגיות ניתוח משלנו. אין באתר Google Analytics, אין פיקסל פרסומי ואין תגית מעקב.

דבר אחד כן נשמר במכשיר שלכם. כשאתם בוחרים שפה בעמודי התנאים, הפרטיות והנגישות, הבחירה נכתבת לאחסון המקומי של הדפדפן תחת המפתח cm-legal-lang, כדי שהעמודים ייפתחו בשפה שבחרתם. היא נשארת במכשיר שלכם, לעולם אינה נשלחת אלינו, וניקוי נתוני האתר בדפדפן מוחק אותה.

באתר מוטמע וידאו מ-Vimeo ומ-YouTube ותמונות המוגשות מ-Google Drive. ספקים אלה עשויים להציב עוגיות משלהם ולראות שהדפדפן שלכם טען את התוכן שלהם, לרבות את כתובת ה-IP שלכם. הדבר קורה תחת המדיניות שלהם, שאיננה בשליטתנו וכדאי לקרוא אותה אם הנושא חשוב לכם. במקומות שבהם הדבר אפשרי האתר טוען את YouTube דרך הנגן ללא עוגיות.

השליחה מהטופס עוברת ב-HTTPS. הסודות שמאפשרים את הכתיבה לגיליון שמורים בצד השרת ואינם נשלחים לדפדפן שלכם. הגישה לפניות השמורות מוגבלת לנו בלבד.

The site is operated by Shahaf Cohen, trading as Creative Manager, of Haim Moshe Peres 5, Mazkeret Batya 7682425, Israel (business no. 322852583). We decide what happens to the details collected here, and we are who you contact about them: cncpt.manager@gmail.com.

The contact form has two fields: a name or business name, and one way to reach you, whichever you choose to give. Alongside them we store the date and time, the language the site was in, a note that you ticked the confirmation box, your browser's user-agent string, and a one-way code used to spot repeat submissions. We do not store your IP address; that code is derived from it and cannot be turned back into it.

Separately from the form, the servers that deliver this site keep ordinary access logs. Our host, Vercel, records for each request the IP address it came from, the browser's user agent, the page requested and the time. We do not use these logs to identify visitors or to build a profile of anyone; they exist so the site can be kept running and abuse can be traced. They are Vercel's to retain, under Vercel's terms. This is a normal part of how any website works and it happens whether or not you use the form.

To answer your enquiry and to manage the working relationship if one follows. The metadata exists to stop the form being flooded. We do not sell your details, do not use them for advertising, and do not add you to a mailing list.

We do not make automated decisions about you, we do not score or profile you, and we do not put the details you send us into any artificial intelligence or machine learning system - not to train one, not to tune one, and not to have one decide anything about you. Your enquiry is read by a person.

You are under no legal obligation to give us any of this. You provide it because you want a reply, and you can ask us to delete it afterwards.

Replying to your enquiry is not marketing and needs no consent. We will not send you promotional messages unless you have separately and expressly agreed, as section 30A of the Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasts) Law, 5742-1982 requires. You can withdraw that consent at any time and we will stop.

The site links to WhatsApp and Instagram. If you choose to write to us there, that conversation takes place on Meta's platform, under Meta's terms and privacy policy rather than this notice, and Meta can see it. We leave the thread in the app so we have a record of what was agreed, and we will delete it on request. If you would rather not use them, email and the form reach us just as well.

We do not record calls. If you ring the number published here, or we call you back, nothing is captured beyond what we write down ourselves in order to answer you.

Three companies are involved in running this site, and each sees a different slice of what you send. Nobody else receives your details unless you ask us to involve them or the law requires it. None of them is paid by us to advertise to you, and we do not sell your details to anyone.

Google. Your form submission is stored in Google Sheets and a notification is sent to our Gmail inbox. If you email us instead, the message arrives in that same Gmail inbox. Google holds all of it on our behalf, as our processor.

Vercel. Vercel hosts the site, so every request you make to it - including your IP address - reaches Vercel and is written to its access logs, whether or not you ever use the form. What those logs contain is set out above.

Meta. Only if you choose to write to us on WhatsApp or Instagram. In that case the whole conversation sits on Meta's platform and Meta can see it, under Meta's policies rather than this notice.

Google's, Vercel's and Meta's servers may sit outside Israel, so your details may be stored or processed abroad. By sending us your details, or by writing to us on one of those platforms, you agree to that transfer.

If an enquiry does not lead to work, we delete it within 24 months. If it does, we keep what the engagement and our tax and accounting obligations require, and no longer.

Under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Write to cncpt.manager@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days. Deletion covers both the row in our sheet and the notification email we received.

If you are not satisfied with how we handled your request, you may complain to the Privacy Protection Authority at the Ministry of Justice.

This site and our services are intended for people aged 18 and over, and the form asks you to confirm that before sending. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we delete them promptly and do not act on them. If you believe a child has sent us their details, write to us and we will remove them.

We set no advertising cookies and no analytics cookies of our own. There is no Google Analytics on this site, no advertising pixel and no tracking tag.

One thing is stored on your device. When you pick a language on the terms, privacy or accessibility pages, that choice is written to your browser's local storage under the key cm-legal-lang, so those pages open in the language you chose. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and clearing your browser's site data removes it.

Pages here embed video from Vimeo and YouTube and images served by Google Drive. Those providers may set their own cookies and can see that your browser loaded their content, including your IP address. That happens under their policies, which we do not control and which are worth reading if this concerns you. Where it can, the site loads YouTube through the no-cookie player.

Submissions travel over HTTPS. The credentials that let the form write to the sheet are held server-side and are never sent to your browser. Access to the stored submissions is limited to us.
